You can see some product pics - including their $19 MP3 player. In this case, I’ll just type in “nextar mp3” to Google, and see what it can find for me: In 95% of the cases, that can be done by just typing in the name of the product and company to Google. The first step is to find the Web site of the manufacturer. The general approach, before we start, is to find the company’s web site, go to their Support area, check for downloads (in case you need a special driver of some sort or because they might have some custom music player / playlist management software), grab the documentation, and check the FAQs to see if there are any issues. Think of this as “teach a man to fish and you’ll feed them forever…” □ This applies for any MP3 or video player, not just the Nextar line, but will prove particularly helpful if you do have an off-brand or lesser known product in your hands. Rather than just send you a link, what I thought would be useful – because we see a lot of these sort of questions! – would be to demonstrate the steps you can take to solve this particular question yourself.
